Do you know about the services we offer?

  • You can submit multiple deposits in one go, reducing your admin.
  • We can repay multiple deposits at the same time in one quick and simple process.
  • Have you used our Prescribed Information template? Simply click "Print prescribed information" when you submit a deposit online to download a document detailing all the information you need to provide to your tenants.

Latest Charity awards

 

Each quarter we give up to £20,000 to charities working in the housing sector in Scotland, England and Wales through The DPS Charity Awards Fund, which we share with our sister company in England and Wales, The DPS.

We're delighted to announce the successful applicants of our Q4 2014 awards are Aylesbury Homeless Action Group and Wycombe Rent Deposit Guarentee Scheme! Each charity has been donated £10,000 which will be used to provide loans to cover tenancy deposits or rent money to prevent homelessness.

Do you know a charity working in the housing sector? Tell them to apply before 30 June 2015 for a chance to receive funding.
